A motion may be made to concur with the Tacoma Public Utilities Board’s approval on October 9, 2024, to authorize the City’s full and final settlement of all claims against the City in the matter of the claim of Herbert Padilla, III, TPU Claim No. L-010-24, related to an incident occurring on February 24, 2023, involving a Tacoma Power vehicle, upon payment by the City in the amount of $54,000.00 and execution of a release in a form approved by the City Attorney.
