A motion may be considered to authorize the City’s full and final settlement of all claims against the City in the matter of Brandon T. Barrett v. City of Tacoma, et al., Pierce County Superior Court Cause No. 22-2-04653-3, related to an incident occurring on January 16, 2021 involving a Tacoma Power tree trimming bucket utility truck, upon payment by the City in the amount of $850,000.00 and execution of a release in a form approved by the City Attorney.
