A motion may be made to authorize the City’s full and final settlement of all claims against the City in the matter of Simone Scott v. City of Tacoma, Pierce County Cause No. 18-2-11143-4, related to an incident occurring in October of 2015, upon payment by the City in the amount of $2,000,000 and execution of a release in a form approved by the City Attorney.
