A motion may be made to authorize full and final settlement of all claims against the City of Tacoma in Miriam Barnett v. City of Tacoma, et al., Pierce County Superior Court Cause No. 23-2-08456-5, in the amount of $35,000 related to a sidewalk trip and fall incident occurring on November 24, 2021, upon payment by the City in the amount of $35,000 and execution of a release in a form approved by the City Attorney.
