A motion may be considered to authorize the City’s full and final settlement of all claims against the City in the matter of Thoeun Derme v. City of Tacoma, et al.; and Philip Nichols (Cross Claim Plaintiff) v. City of Tacoma, et al. (Cross Claim Defendants), Pierce County Superior Court Cause No. 23-2-04549-7, related to a motor vehicle collision, upon payment by the City in the amount of $250,000 to settle Plaintiff Derme’s claims; and $55,000 to settle the cross claim filed by Philip Nichols against the City.
