A motion may be considered to authorize the City’s full and final settlement of all claims against the City in the matter of Zimmeri Contreraz v. Christopher Bain and City of Tacoma, et al., United States District Court, District of Western Washington Cause No. 3:22-cv-5106-JNW, related to an incident occurring on July 12, 2020, upon payment by the City in the amount of $300,000.00 and execution of a release in a form approved by the City Attorney.
