A motion may be considered to authorize the City’s full and final settlement of all personal injury and property damage claims against the City in the matter of Jordan A. Taylor v. City of Tacoma, Pierce County Superior Court Cause No. 23-2-09963-5, related to a motorcycle and residential traffic circle collision, upon payment by the City in the amount of $60,000.00.
