1. <strong>Critical Area Ordinance</strong> - The City of Stevenson Planning Commission and the Skamania County Planning Commission will consider the proposed update to the Critical Area Ordinance, which regulates wetlands, fish and wildlife habitat, geologically hazardous areas, critical aquifer recharge areas, frequently flooded areas, and associated buffers. The update is part of the state-required periodic review of critical area regulations.
