- b. Motion 26-370, approving the apportionment of 2025 Public Utility District Privilege Taxes

- 1) Bid Award Recommendation for License, OpenText, XMedius CX-E/Hospitality Prime Protect to Norstan Communications, Inc. with an estimated expenditure of $98,622.00 for the initial five (5) year term
- 2) Bid Award Recommendation for License, Veeam Data Protection Premium to Tech Heads, Inc., with an estimated expenditure of $73,548.00 for the initial five (5) year term
- b. Receiving the following Report:
- 1) 2027-2028 Arts Commission Biennial Work Plan
