Vice-Chair Low made a motion to hereby approve and authorize the County Executive to execute the Claim Resolution Settlement Agreement between Jess Sanders and Snohomish County as reviewed and approved as to form by the Prosecuting Attorney. Councilmember Mead seconded the motion. Chair Dunn noted that Councilmember Nehring did not re-join the meeting after the Executive Session. The question was called for and the motion carried by the four members present.
