ORAL MOTION Vice-Chair Dunn made a motion that the Council hereby authorize and approve the Settlement Agreement with release of all claims and assignment of insurance rights, in the amount of $380,000.00, relating to damage claims to leased premises asserted by the Snohomish County Airport against former tenants Precision Engines and related Precision entities, as negotiated by Special Deputy Prosecuting Attorneys, and to authorize the County Executive to execute the documents necessary to memorialize the agreement, in consultation with the Prosecuting Attorney. Councilmember Mead seconded the motion and it carried unanimously.
