ORAL MOTION Councilmember Peterson made a motion that the Council hereby approve and authorize the County Executive to execute the Claim Resolution Settlement Agreement between David J. Pellissier and Snohomish County as reviewed and approved as to form by the Prosecuting Attorney. Councilmember Mead seconded the motion and it carried unanimously by the four members present.
