ORAL MOTION Councilmember Dunn made a motion to authorize and ratify the execution of a necessary settlement agreement and related documents by the Prosecuting Attorney or his designee for the National Opioid litigation with Kroger. Councilmember Low seconded the motion and it carried unanimously by the four members present.
