ORAL MOTION Councilmember Dunn made a motion that the Council hereby authorize the Executive to sign the Memorandum of Understanding with the State of Washington relating to the matter of Pierce County et. al vs. DSHS, Pierce County Court Cause 23-2-09161-8, as negotiated by the Prosecuting Attorney following consultation with the County Executive. Councilmember Peterson seconded the motion and it carried unanimously by the four members present.
