- <strong>Private Comprehensive Plan Amendment and Rezone Request (Docket 13): Hans Shepherd, Senior Planner:</strong> The Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing to take testimony on a private-applicant request to amend the Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map designation and zoning of property located north and east of the intersection of Willamette Drive NE and 31st Avenue NE. After the conclusion of the public hearing, the Planning Commission will consider the testimony received and may make a recommendation to the City Council on the application.
- LMC 14.32 Tree Regulation Amendments (Docket 11): Hans Shepherd, Senior Planner: The Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing to take testimony on draft amendments to the Lacey Municipal Code related to tree regulations. After the conclusion of the public hearing, the Planning Commission will consider the testimony received and may make a recommendation to the City Council on the amendments.
