- Mobile/Manufactured Home Park Outreach and Potential Actions: Jennifer Adams, Housing Coordinator: Staff will present findings from recent mobile/manufactured home park outreach and engagement efforts. After the presentation, staff will lead the Planning Commission in a discussion around potential next steps to address the findings of the outreach. This is a briefing and discussion only and no formal action is necessary.
- <strong>Housing Code Amendments—STEP Housing: Jennifer Adams, Housing Coordinator:</strong> Staff will brief the Planning Commission on draft municipal code amendments for the siting and review of permanent supportive housing, transitional housing, indoor emergency housing, and indoor emergency shelters consistent with RCW 35A.21.430. No formal action is necessary as this will be scheduled for a public hearing at a future regular meeting.
