Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. 24-C3084 Interlocal Agreement for Emergency Management between the City of Kenmore, City of Lake Forest Park, and King County Fire District 16, subject to approval by the City Attorney of any minor amendments by the City Clerk's Office.
2. Authorize the City Manager to enter into an agreement with the Eastside Transportation Partnership.
