3. Authorize the City Manager to execute Contract No. 25-C3191, Rhododendron Park Lease/Use Agreement with Northshore Senior Center.
4. ​Authorize the City Manager to execute Contract No. 10-C873, Amendment No. 9, with Progressive Animal Welfare Society (PAWS), substantially and materially in the form attached.
5. Authorize the City Manager to execute Agreement No. 25-C3197 for stormwater system cleaning, vactor services and CCTV inspection in an amount of $250,000.
6. Authorize the City Manager to execute Real Estate Purchase Sale Agreement (REPSA) 25-C3196 for Sammamish River conservation property acquisitions in an amount of $6,800,000 and associated closing costs.
7. Authorize the City Manager to execute Interlocal Agreement No. 25-C3187 with King County to accept a grant award of $750,000 for the construction of the 169th Street culvert replacement.
8. Authorize the City Manager to execute Real Estate Purchase Sale Agreement (REPSA) 25-C3195 for Swamp Creek conservation property acquisition in an amount of $680,000 and associated closing costs.
9. Adopt Proposed Resolution No. 25-438 regarding standards for the delivery of indigent public defense pursuant to Washington State Supreme Court Order No. 25700-A-1644.
