1. Request to approve Exit 48 Waterline Extension Project Change Order No. 3 for an increase of $340,559.38. This change order would add the construction of approximately 775 linear feet of 6-inch PVC C900 sanitary sewer force main, 275 linear feet of 6-inch DI sanitary sewer force main, including backfill, plug valves, connection to existing sanitary sewer force main, 1 sewer low point drain assembly, temporary traffic control, temporary erosion control, and surface restoration. Current contract of $1,912,639.40 would increase to $2,253,198.78.
2. Request to approve an Interlocal Agreement with Cowlitz County to receive funding in the amount of $450,000 from the Rural County Public Facility Funds for the sewer force main portion of the Exit 48 Waterline Extension/Pressure Sewer Main Project.
3. Acceptance of Surface Transportation Block Grant Program Award/Carbon Reduction Program in the amount of $1,004,800 from the Southwest Washington Regional Transportation Planning Organization for the Citywide Pedestrian Improvements Project.
