- Statements of Qualifications for the Six Rivers Regional Trail System (SSRTS) Phase 2 & Citywide Pedestrian Improvements Project have been reviewed and interviews completed. It is the Committee's recommendation to begin negotiating a contract with Gibbs & Olson, Inc.
