1. Contract renewal for a five-year lease with Ricoh for public works copier/printer. Monthly lease would increase $57.09 to $116.63. Including image costs, the average annual cost would increase $700-$1,000 for an annual cost of approximately $1,800-$2,200.
2. Contract with Ricoh for a five-year lease for an additional finance copier/printer. Monthly lease would be $83.22. Including image costs, the average annual cost would be approximately $1,000-$1,200.
3. Lease Agreement with Sound Precast, LLC., to lease city-owned property for a period of 10 years. Rent shall be $10,000 per year.
