1. Authorization No. 2023-003; Amendment No. 1 in the amount of $64,000; this amendment modifies the original agreement for engineering services executed January 9, 2023 from $197,500 to $261,500 for the Carpenter Road Water Pump Station and Powell Road Waterline Extension Project.
2. Storage Building Construction Contract with Columbia Groundwork Inc, in an amount not to exceed $115,000, not including sales tax. Contract is contingent on State of Washington Department of Commerce grant approval.
3. Bid Award to Slateco LLC for the 2025 ADA Improvements Project. The total amount is $291,500.
4. Striping Proposal with All Stripes LLC for the 2025 Citywide Striping Project. The total amount is $17,405.50.
