1. Professional Services Agreement Amendment with Kimley-Horn to continue providing on-call planning services on a time and materials basis. Amendment will increase the original agreement by $30,000, from $70,000 to $100,000 through December 31, 2025.
2. ***Added Item*** Received $30,000 tourism grant from Cowlitz County. Request to forward $10,000 to Castle Rock Community Development Alliance (CRCDA) to purchase new lights for Festival of Lights, $10,000 to North County Recreation Association (NCRA) to finish items on pavilion, and $10,000 to Street Fund 100 for labor for watering flowers. All support tourism, bringing "heads in beds".
