1. Amendment No. 1 to Interlocal Agreement by and between the Cities of Castle Rock, Longview, and Woodland for Animal Sheltering and Animal Control Services
2. Agreement for janitorial cleaning services, with JP Cleaning Service. The term of the agreement is for one year with the option to renew in periods of twelve months. The cost of service would be $500.00 per month for the downstairs section of City Hall, including the foyer, building & planning room, restrooms, and finance department.
3. Amendment No. 1 to Gibbs & Olson, Inc. Authorization No. 2025-001 for Al Helenberg Memorial Boat Launch Maintenance Dredging Permit, increasing the original agreement by $8,000 to $49,000.

5. Resolution No. 2026-06, a resolution of the City Council of the City of Castle Rock, Washington, amending Schedule 2 of the City's Master Fee Schedule.
6. Ordinance No. 2026-08, an ordinance of the City of Castle Rock Amending Title 17 of the Castle Rock Municipal Code (CRMC) to create Mobile Food Vendor Regulations, providing for severability, and establishing an effective date.
7. Ordinance No. 2026-07, an ordinance adding a new Chapter 5.03 "Parades, Athletic Events and Other Special Events" to Title 5 "Business Taxes, Licenses and Regulations" of the municipal code of the City of Castle Rock, Washington, on second reading.
8. Request to approve out-of-state travel for Public Works Director Tyler Stone and Treatment Plant Operator Lucas Richardson to attend America in Bloom Symposium in Washington D.C., September 23 - September 27, 2026. Travel is included in the 2026 budget.
9. Ordinance No. 2026-09, an ordinance amending the budgetary appropriations and authorizing an interfund loan for fiscal year ending December 31, 2026 for the City of Castle Rock, Washington for the Boat Launch Facility and Swimming Pool Construction funds.
