Ordinance amending chapter 4.52 of the Bellevue City Code to revise provisions of the City’s Multifamily Tax Exemption (MFTE) Program by establishing a time-limited catalyst exemption in designated land use districts, removing the prohibition on fee-in-lieu projects from participating in MFTE programs, clarifying application timing requirements, updating internal citations, and correcting typographical errors; providing for severability; and establishing an effective date.
