Ordinance 1) authorizing execution of all documents necessary for the acquisition of property in the Eastgate neighborhood area, at 14716 SE 39th Street, including a purchase and sale agreement, in an amount not to exceed $1,900,000, plus all related costs; 2) decreasing the Parks Long-Range Planning Reserve by $2,600,000 and releasing such funds to be reappropriated for the cost of this acquisition project including purchase price, due diligence, structure demolition, and other project costs; 3) amending the 2025-2026 General Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Fund to increase appropriation by $2,600,000; and 4) amending the 2025-2030 CIP Plan to increase the budget for the Eastgate Neighborhood Park (P-AD-109) by $2,600,000
