Ordinance establishing time-restricted parking along the east and west sides of 130th Ave NE between NE Spring Blvd. and NE 20th St.; authorizing the City Manager or their designee to set the parking restriction time limits, which may vary from 3-minute parking to 4-hour parking, and the hours that the time restrictions are in effect, which may be from as early as 7 a.m. to as late as 8 p.m.; and establishing an effective date.
