3. Authorize the Interim City Manager to Enter in a Professional Services Agreement with Inter-Fluve, Inc. for the Design and Permitting of the Mac’s Dam Removal Project ($357,633.00; Storm and Surface Water Management Fund).
4. Authorize the Interim City Manager to Execute Amendment No. 1 of the Lost Valley Trail Donation Agreement with Bainbridge Island Parks & Trails Foundation to Increase the Total Donation from $125,000 to $180,000 and Increase the City's Budget Authority for this Project from $160,000 to $215,000, an Increase of $55,000.
