Eight delegates from Roanoke City Public Schools attended offering an opportunity for youth to learn about government; and Mr. Volosin was awarded the 40 Under 40 Impact Award for Elected Officials from the NLC.Mayor Lea announced the CIAA event held on November 16–17, 2024, was great and recognized Council Member-Elect Nick Hagen who was in attendance.
