To remove Andreas D. Addison and J. E. Lincoln Saunders from the Board of Directors of the Greater Richmond Transit Company and to provide for the appointment of Nicole Jones and Sharon Ebert as two of the City of Richmond’s three Directors of the Greater Richmond Transit Company for the period commencing upon such appointment and terminating on the date of the 2025 annual meeting of shareholders upon the election and qualification of the successors to these Directors.
