To authorize the Chief Administrative Officer, for and on behalf of the City of Richmond, to execute a Nationz Foundation Grant Contract between the City of Richmond and Nationz Foundation Incorporated for the purpose of providing comprehensive harm reduction services, substance use treatment resources, and additional services to combat the opioid crisis in the city of Richmond.
