To authorize the Chief Administrative Officer, for and on behalf of the City of Richmond, to execute a Standard Project Administration Agreement between the City of Richmond and the Virginia Department of Transportation for the purpose of providing funding for the installation of left turn hardening measures at approximately 30 stop controlled intersections and 36 raised crossings at unsignalized intersections with stationed school crossing guards.
