To amend Ord. No. 2023-071, adopted May 8, 2023, as amended by Ord. No. 2023-273, adopted Oct. 10, 2023, which adopted the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 General Fund Budget and made appropriations pursuant thereto, by changing the uses and allocation of the Council District Funds for the Eighth District pursuant to Va. Code § 15.2-2503 for the use of the Council Member in the representation of the Eighth District.
