Mittelstadter, Jr., executor of the estate, to convey to the City of Richmond for $32,500 a parcel of land, containing 4.14 acres, more or less (that is, 180,381.96 square feet, more or less), lying west of the terminus of Cross Road, in the area bounded by Bramwell, Swanson, Warwick and Whitehead Roads, shown shaded on Department of Public Works Drawing No. N-21668, dated April 30, 1987, necessary for the relocation of Warwick Road.
