To amend the pay plan adopted by Ordinance No. 86-119-148 on May 28, 1986, effective September 27, 1986 as heretofore amended, including Ordinance No. 87-85-110, adopted May 28, 1987, which incorporated all amendments made up to and including March 24, 1987, so as to include certain classes of positions in various pay ranges and exclude certain classes of positions from various other pay ranges.
