To authorize Radio Station WPLZ to hold concert events in Chimborazo Park on Saturday, July 18, 1987, and in Forest Hill Park on Saturday, August 15, 1987, such concert events may include sale of food and alcoholic beverages (beer only) with the sale of beer to end one hour prior to conclusion of the concerts and the concerts to end by dark.
