To authorize Radio Station WPLZ to hold a concert event in Dogwood Dell on Monday, May 25, 1987, between the hours of 12:00 noon and 3:00 p.m., such concert event to include sale of food and alcoholic beverages (beer only) in the area around the carillon Shelter.
