To amend sections 30-237, 30-23·9, :30-243 and 30-246 of Article II of Chapter 30, Water, Gas and sewers, of the Code of the City of Richmond, 1985, as amended, concerning the rates, and other charges, to be charged to and conditions to be met by customers furnished gas and certain related services by the City of Richmond.
