To amend the Code of the City of Richmond, 1985, by adding therein in Article VIII. Use of Public Grounds, Parks, Play Fields and Playgrounds, Division 1. Generally, of Chapter 9, City-Owned Real Estate, a new section numbered 9-334, concerning fee for parking vehicles in unauthorized areas in City parks.
