To designate Regina V. K. Williams to serve as Acting City Manager, under the provisions of Section 5.07 of the Charter of the City of Richmond, during the absence or incapacity of Robert C. Bobb, City Manager; to designate Sanford M. Groves to serve as Acting City Manager during the absence or incapacitation of both Robert C. Bobb and Regina V.K. Williams; and to designate John F. Berry to serve as Acting City Manager during the absence or incapacitation of Robert C. Bobb, Regina V.K. Williams and Sanford M. Groves.
