To amend and reordain Section 29-274 of the Code of the City of Richmond, 1985, concerning parking violations, to include within such section the penalty and provisions regarding payment of the penalty for a violation of Section 29-243.10, prohibiting the parking of motor vehicles within certain fire lanes within parking areas or lots designed to accommodate fifty or more vehicles.
