To amend the Code of the City of Richmond, 1985, by adding in Chapter 29, Traffic and Motor Vehicles, Article VI, Stopping, Standing and Parking, a new section numbered Sec. 29-243.10 to declare it to be unlawful for a person to park a motor vehicle in a fire lane of a parking area or lot designed to accommodate fifty or more vehicles.
