To accept the offer of Elizabeth S. Saunders to convey to the City of Richmond for $32,000 two parcels of land containing in aggregate 3,964 square feet, more or less, known, numbered and designated 703 Third Street and 304 Jackson Street (parcel 30), lying on the easterly right of way line of Third Street (relocated) north of Jackson Street and extending back to a 12-foot, more or less, north-south alley, necessary for establishing a visitor’s orientation center, as shown shaded upon the copy of the plan on file in the Department of Public Works, marked “Drawing No. P-21564.”
