To amend the Code of the City of Richmond, 1985, by adding therein in Chapter 2, Administration, Article v, Boards, Commissions, Committees and Other Agencies, a new section numbered Sec. 2-183, concerning payment of members of the Capital Region Airport Commission representing the City of Richmond.
