To amend Division 4, Yards and Courts, of Article VI, Supplemental Regulations, of Chapter 32, Zoning, of the Code of the City of Richmond, 1985, by adding therein a new section numbered sec. 32-630.25, entitled: "Exceptions to required front yards of lots where there are adjacent main buildings", and to repeal Section 32-630.2, entitled: "Front yards in Rand RO Districts.
