To amend and reordain § 6 of Article III, Compensation of Officers and Employees, of Ordinance No. 86-119-148, adopted May 28, 1986, effective September 27, 1986, adopting a pay plan for the classes of positions in the classified service of the City government and fixing the compensation of the officers and employees in the unclassified service, con­cerning the annual pay of the City Attorney.
