To vacate a portion of the plat of the subdivision of land known as Derrymore Court, that is, lots 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, inclusive, in Block A, as shown on the plat duly recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the City of Richmond, John Marshall Courts Building, in Plat Book 37, at page 80, said property lying wholly within the City of Richmond being located north of Swanson Road and east of Whitehead Road, upon certain terms and conditions, and to authorize the City Manager, Robert c. Bobb, for and on behalf of the City of Richmond, to execute a declaration of vacation for said Lots 1 through 5, inclusive, in Block A of Derrymore Court.
