To amend and reordain Section 9-324 o Article VIII, Use of Public Grounds, Parks, Play Fields and Playgrounds, of Chapter 9, City owned Real Estate, of the Code of the City of Richmond, 1985, prohibiting camping, tenting, etc., to include in such prohibition sleeping or lying upon any benches located within any such public property.
