To amend and reordain Section 1 -037 of the Code of the City of Richmond, 1985, concerning the polling places in the election precincts of the City of Richmond, to change the polling place for Precinct 304 in Election District 3 to North Avenue Branch Library, 2901 North Avenue, from Chandler (Northside Alternative School), 201 E. Brookland Park Boulevard; to change the polling place for Precinct 707 in Election District 7 to East End Social Services Center, 25th and “M” Streets, from Bowler School, 608 N. 26th Street and to change the polling place for Precinct 803 in Election District 8 to Koinonia Independent Methodist Church, 3600 McRand Street from Franklin School, 3160 Midlothian Turnpike.
