To amend the pay plan adopted by Ordinance No. 84-284-253 on November 19, 1984, effective January 5, 1985, so as to exclude the class of position Commissioner of Buildings from Pay Range 58 and to include such class of position Commissioner of Buildings in Pay Range 63.
